Heart 4 The Community Initiative (H4TCI) is a faith-rooted, community-focused 501(c)(3) founded by Apostle Larry G. Brown, Sr. to meet practical and spiritual needs through outreach, education, and partnerships in Central Virginia and beyond. The initiative emphasizes Christian outreach & evangelism, food security, emotional support, and community uplift in collaboration with churches, nonprofits, and local leaders.

Heart 4 The Community Initiative (H4TCI) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community outreach organization launched in 2017 by Apostle Larry G. Brown, Sr. and local partners. The organization grew out of his long-standing ministry and leadership work serving families, veterans, and underserved communities in Virginia and the wider region.
H4TCI operates as a collaborative hub that brings churches, grassroots groups, and civic partners together to address pressing neighborhood needs. Its work regularly connects with initiatives and events in the Fredericksburg–Stafford area, including justice, reentry, and youth-focused efforts.
Apostle Larry G. Brown, Sr. is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, pastor, and community leader whose call to ministry began during the Persian Gulf War. After retirement from the military, he co-founded Spirit of Truth Deliverance Church and later established several ministries and networks focused on deliverance, leadership development, and community service.In 2017, Apostle Brown launched Heart 4 The Community Initiative with local leaders as an outreach arm to meet community needs and uplift spirits. He also leads Apostolic Fire Fellowship International and Larry Brown Ministries, extending his teaching and mentoring impact across churches and community organizations nationally and internationally.

The vision is a community where every person is seen, valued, and supported—spiritually, emotionally, and materially—through sustained collaboration among nonprofits, faith communities, and civic leaders. H4TCI works toward a more just, healthy, and connected region by organizing consistent outreach, education, and advocacy activities.
